Generations Community Wellness believes that all kids deserve a healthy start and a healthy heart. Our goal is that all children, especially those in low-income families, have high-quality physical activity opportunities, and healthy food to eat.

Our Programs

MOVETRITION combines physical activity with nutrition education to empower and activate our youth to make healthy choices for their mind, body and spirit.

Girls on the Move! is a safe space for girls to explore their academic interests and talents, peer relationships, and physical abilities learning nutrition and sport specific skills to enable girls to be physically active and live a healthy lifestyle.

Generations delivers our curriculum in a variety of settings: in schools, after-school, recreational and housing facilities, camps, health fairs, events, conferences, and more. We also offer on-site trainings.
