Successful Aging Training is a 2-day training program in physical activity and nutrition education based on Generations evidence-based signature program Spring Chickens.

Training participants receive a complete manual with nutrition lessons and handouts, sample classes, data assessment tools, marketing tips and Certificate of Completion. Trainees are prepared to safely and properly teach Spring Chickens classes upon completion of the two-day training.

What People are Saying

and that we had the opportunity to:

                                                1. Do the exercise to understand how it feels physically
and
                                2. Teach the exercise to a class and receive feedback."
